Mr. Copeland's main focus is site identification and acquisition for upcoming development projects in the Florida marketplace, primarily in south and central Florida. His other duties involve assisting in the due diligence phase and working closely with the Construction Department to resolve any permit issues (zoning, site planning, environmental, etc.). Mr. Copeland acts as a liaison to our Legal Council, and he is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Real Estate Broker.

Prior to joining Morgan Property Group, Mr. Copeland was a Site Selector for Domino's Pizza. He has also worked with the Terranova Corporation for eight years, and since then has worked for RAM Commercial Group. In 2002, Mr. Copeland formed On Course Development, LLC, which among other duties, acts as an additional brokerage arm to Morgan Property Group.
